Ben Oster BA ACA, Partner

Ben qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2004 with a local firm. He then went on to manage a mixed portfolio of clients for another firm before setting up Bailey Oster. He specialises in giving business and tax advice to owner managed and family companies and has experience in business strategy and planning.

Mike Parkes ATT, Partner

Mike started his career at the Inland Revenue where he gained experience dealing with all matters relating to personal and business taxation. Mike is a member of the Association of Taxation Technician’s and has recently been responsible for managing a large portfolio of business clients.

Nathan Marks, Senior Associate

Nathan has considerable experience in both industry and practice including controlling the UK subsidiary of an international company. He is now responsible for a mixed portfolio of clients ranging from sole traders to larger limited companies and acts as a quasi financial director for a few of them. His specialist area of expertise is dealing with tax enquires and investigations.
